SHIPPING POLICY

COVID Notice: Shipments may take 2-3 additional days to process.

 

I strive to ship all in-stock items within 2 business days of order placement. If an item is listed as requiring assembly/manufacture, the product page will detail the length of manufacture time. Please take this into consideration prior to placing an order.

Orders will be shipped with tracking via the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

I stand behind my products, and if something arrives in damaged condition, I will happily work out a replacement or repair with you. Notification of damage MUST be sent within 24 hours of order receipt to be covered by this warranty, so be sure to open and inspect your items immediately!

Items that show signs of use, abuse, have convention tags/markers on them, or appear in photos (professional photoshoots, events, etc.) in any medium void any and all warranties and cannot be returned for any reason.

Custom orders come with their own contracts and terms which are detailed on a per-commission basis. Contact me for inquiries!
